Sustainable management is becoming increasingly important, not only to comply with laws and regulations, but also to maintain the value and liveability of the building in the long term. At Anno Nu, we help VvEs with cost-efficient sustainability, taking into account legal obligations and energy-saving measures.

 

Energy label and regulations:

From 2023, offices must have at least energy label C and in 2030 energy label A. Sustainability is also becoming increasingly relevant for apartment complexes, partly due to rising energy prices and changing regulations.

 

Cost-saving sustainability:

We combine sustainability measures with planned maintenance, so that VvEs benefit from cost savings and efficient management.

 

Sustainable Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (MJOP): Sustainability measures are structurally included in the MJOP, so that the building is ready for the future and meets all requirements.
